The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Angel de la Independencia, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and small shops nearby. The room we stayed in was well-maintained, spacious, and came with a convenient kitchenette, making it easy for our family to prepare snacks. The internet was reliable, which was a plus for the kids to keep entertained.

However, the continental breakfast was disappointing, with staff seeming rushed and not attentive to the food quality.

Some rooms are dark and damp, creating a less inviting atmosphere!!! The outdated hotel structure does not match modern expectations, and an increase in gym space would definitely be a plus!!!

We loved the cozy, well-kept apartment-style room during our 4-night stay! The views from the breakfast area amazed us, with delicious coffee to start each day. Explorations around the nearby Angel of Independence made it a perfect location for food and culture. Consider early morning for quieter outings.

Excellent location near a variety of dining options made exploring easy and enjoyable. The friendly staff were always polite and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. However, the breakfast selection felt somewhat limited, and the fitness area was smaller than expected, which could improve the overall experience. Additionally, a few of the cleaning staff appeared a bit unapproachable at times, which might affect the overall vibe in those moments.

The internet connection was reliable, which made it easy for me to work efficiently. My Queen Suite was clean, with a functional kitchenette that allowed me to prepare small meals. The location near Reforma was superb, providing easy access to various restaurants and cultural sites. I also appreciated the well-kept breakfast area with beautiful views, perfect for starting my day.

The reception staff seemed a bit aloof at times, lacking the warmth I expected.
